We support clients across the lifespan with a wide range of goals, challenges, and concerns. We use a strength-based approach, offering practical and relevant support in agreement with your values.
Clients often want to explore ways to manage complex and difficult emotions, better respond to unhelpful thinking patterns, do what matters, or develop coping skills to deal with whatever life throws at them.
For children younger than 7, we offer parent support.
Neuropsychological (or educational, cognitive, academic, or neurodevelopmental) assessments help us to identify and work with your strengths while finding ways to work around the rest. Ages 3+
Come in, chat over the phone, or do a video call. We can adapt to what suits you best. You can even do a mix or change it depending on what else you have on that day.
This is already a process that can be difficult to navigate and find what you’re after. We make a point of ensuring the process is as smooth, comfortable, and welcoming as possible.
We’re not in the business of judging people. Whatever your reason for engaging, you will be met with understanding.
The reality is, we won’t get far if you’re not comfortable. We progress at your pace and remain flexible to work best with who you are.
You’re not ‘straight out of the box.’ Who is? We tailor everything we do to the person sitting in front of us. We all have different experiences, strengths, priorities, values, and resources, and our work needs to reflect that.
