My approach can combine a range of elements from ACT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, Motivational Interviewing, Neuropsychology, Mindfulness based interventions and Positive Psychology.
I have a strong interest in helping those with suspected learning or cognitive differences, and exploring, identifying, and working with neurodivergent folk.
When I’m not in the office, I’m usually eating poached eggs and avo at cafes, getting slaughtered at chess by my boy, walking Prince George, or in the kitchen trying out new dishes eating the same three meals in rotation because mental space is too precious (edited due to being called out for my bio lies).

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to align with your goals, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
I have a strong interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma by helping them process and make meaning of their experience. My approach includes working with both conscious and unconscious memories that may influence healing and resilience. I also have a strong interest in working with cultural backgrounds (including LGBTIQA+, Neurodivergent, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and Asian Heritage).
Outside of my work, you’ll often find me with headphones on, diving into my favourite music, discovering new cafes, getting KO’d in video games after a long hiatus, or immersed in the world of Dungeons & Dragons.

I take an individualised approach when working with people and always enjoy learning about people’s strengths, and working collaboratively with them and their loved ones to best support any challenges that can arise.
I have a keen interest in working with young people and their families, helping those with any learning difficulties, identifying an individual’s learning and cognitive profile (strengths and challenges), understanding school readiness, and identifying and supporting any neurodevelopmental differences that may arise.
Outside of work, I am a devoted mum and really enjoy spending time with my busy family and miniature dachshund. I love trying out different Melbourne Cafe’s, spending time outside, and connecting with friends and family.
